James Bond has a license to kill, but not even 007 has a license to murder — in contrast to illegal aliens:

A teenage illegal immigrant who killed a 24-year-old Colorado woman during a high-speed crash was given a lenient plea deal by a progressive district attorney that allowed him to walk free without serving any jail time.

Killing people while driving with criminal recklessness is not first-degree murder. But it is still murder.

The 15-year-old Colombian teen, who has not been publicly named because of state laws that shield the identity of underage criminal suspects, was sentenced to two years’ probation and 100 hours of community service for the July 2024 death of Kaitlyn Weaver, her father, John Weaver, told Fox News Digital.

The office of Arapahoe County District Attorney Amy Padden offered the teen a plea deal if he admitted his guilt in the deadly crash.

That is, she let him off, much like Hannah Dugan except that she unfortunately cannot be prosecuted to it.

The teen was racing his Jeep with other kids at speeds of 90 mph in a residential neighborhood in the Denver suburb of Aurora when he T-boned Weaver’s vehicle at an intersection, her father said.

Aurora is best known for its infestation with violent foreign criminals whom Democrats have encouraged to colonize our country on an illegal basis.

Kaitlyn Weaver was waiting at a stop sign when she was murdered. No one is safe anywhere in a society succumbing to moonbattery.

It was an open and shut case of vehicular homicide…

However, in January, Padden, who received endorsements from Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Democratic Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, informed the Weaver family her office would negotiate a probation plea deal.

The unnamed illegal alien was driving without a license. The vehicle he used to kill Kaitlyn Weaver was uninsured. Like countless other unlawful foreign invaders, he has applied for “asylum” — and will no doubt receive it if liberals have their way, along with generous welfare entitlements in exchange for his likeliness to vote Democrat.

With moonbats like Padden on the bench, illegals and those who smuggle them in are encouraged to put everyone’s life in danger by driving like in this recent Texas incident:
