Note that this was filed 15 months before the 2020 election. None of its recommendations were implemented. Georgia has used the same machines for 2022 and 2024 (Secretary of State Raffensperger’s insistence). These machines (or some variation thereof) are in use in approximately 30% of US counties (see map below: note the swing-state concentration).
