Tips on closing estimate shoppers?

I sell exterior home improvement; in-house sales. Leads are generated through a website called home advisor 90% of the time. There are a lot of homeowners who are estimate shopping and I could use advice on closing ladder techniques to rebuttal the age old “I’m still waiting on other bids” line.
