How do you deal with jealous coworkers?

I’m a rising star in the office. I’ve been working with this company for about a year and I am consistently at the top of the board. I’m not the top producer but I’m in the top 20% in the office.

The other 80% are just average producers. They don’t hustle or put in extra hours or go above and beyond.
