Capped commisions

Hey,

I’m currently working for a company in Northern Europe. Have been hitting quotas whole last year, and for the last part of last year and so far in January I’m bound to hit my cap in commissions.

The cap is set so the monthly wages can’t exceed 10k€, and for 90% of the salespeople It’s never a concern. Most are never close and don’t think that much about it. I have been trying to bring it…
