The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) said that Israeli authorities continue to systematically destroy the lives of over 9,300 Palestinian prisoners and detainees in its prisons through an integrated system rooted in torture and gross human rights violations.
