Elon Musk joins millions of people labeled by stupid liberals as “conspiracy theorists” in their call to junk electronic voting machines.
Experts have long criticized the vulnerability of these machines and how they were used in past elections to rig the system. The GOP has a long list of cases where the Democrats utilized electronic voting to manipulate the results.
The Tesla CEO weighed his opinion on X as he retweeted a post by independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
RFK Jr. wrote: “Puerto Rico’s primary elections just experienced hundreds of voting irregularities related to electronic voting machines, according to the Associated Press. Luckily, there was a paper trail so the problem was identified and vote tallies corrected. What happens in jurisdictions where there is no paper trail? US citizens need to know that every one of their votes was counted and that their elections cannot be hacked. We need to return to paper ballots to avoid electronic interference with elections. My administration will require paper ballots and we will guarantee honest and fair elections.”
Musk agreed with his post.
“We should eliminate electronic voting machines. The risk of being hacked by humans or AI, while small, is still too high,” remarked the CEO.
Some government officials also echoed Musk.
Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) retweeted his post and wrote: “Counting ballots just isn’t that hard. Neither is showing up to vote on Election Day. Let’s go back to paper ballots.”
“Single-day voting on Election Day, as a national holiday, with paper ballots and government-issued ID required. The “save our democracy” crowd should favor reasonable measures that enhance public trust in elections. These simple measures would get the job done,” Vivek Ramaswamy added.
The world’s richest man has long blasted America’s rigged electoral system. Last month, he shared a video from the Fair Election Fund calling on whistleblowers to come forward and report corruption in elections firsthand.
Musk also demanded tighter election security by requiring voters to present photo identification and criticized those who opposed the proposal as “insane.”
Last year, Musk also dismissed the “Election Integrity” Department on X after discovering that they had “interfered in elections.”
When asked for confirmation, the X owner replied, “Oh, you mean the “Election Integrity” Team that was undermining election integrity? Yeah, they’re gone.”
In a recent poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports, at least two-thirds of voters are concerned about vote rigging for this year’s election, and many of them do not trust electronic voting machines.
Based on the survey, 66 percent of likely US voters are concerned that the outcome of the presidential election will be affected by cheating, with 40 percent remarking that they are “very concerned.”
